If you want to read Arabic on windows XP Click:

START=>

CONTROL PANEL==>

(you may need to click on:

Switch to Classic View of Control Panel) REGIONAL AND LANGUAGE OPTIONS=>

REGIONAL OPTIONS=>

in Standards and Formats, change format to: Arabic.

ADVANCED ==>

Change language to Arabic
