Mental Possibility

Death is something that exists in the dead, and not merely an absence of life. In the grave, the person's soul returns to him, and he becomes again alive, but it is the life of the Barzakh, he does not get up and walk around, and he does not eat or drink. He will be aware and conscious in his grave. He will meet the two angels of questioning, be questioned and respond. He can hear the salaams of those who give them. He hears the foots steps of his people as they walk away from his grave after burial. All of that is in the hadiths.

These people could benefit from others after death, and they could benefit others after death:

They benefit from the charities, recitations, Hajjs and Umrahs and fasting done on their behalf, and the supplication of the pious child after death, as well as by the ongoing charities that they left behind.

They could benefit others after death, because it is confirmed that the Prophets have come out of their graves and done beneficial things, so they are beneficial after death, and we believe that karaamahs happen for the Awliyaa', during life and after death...

Mental Possibility

Because of the extreme pains of the throws of death, which is more painful than 1000 stabs of the sword, the tongues of some people do not obey them and their nerves go limp.
