Mental Possibility

Moses, may peace be upon him, was unable to purify Jerusalem from the blasphemers who occupied it, in fact he died before he could enter there. He requested from Allaah that He would get him close to the holy land. He said, "O my Lord, get me close to the Holy Land, (even if) as close as the throw of a stone". When his appointed time of death came, Allaah drew him as close to the Holy Land as the throw of a stone, and made him die in a place close to the Holy Land.

The Holy Land starts at the mountains after Jericho (and extends) until Jerusalem. Moses' grave is before the Mountain of Al-Quds. There is a large grave in Jericho with four doors; an eastern door, a western door, a northern door and a southern door. The Muslims built it and the visitors take shelter in it.

The indication that visiting the graves of the Prophets and the pious for seeking blessings is understood to be recommended by the saying of the Prophet ﷺ about the grave of Muwsaa, may peace be upon him:
وَاَللَّهِ لَوْ أَنِّي عِنْدَهُ لاَرَيْتُكُمْ قَبْرَهُ إلَى جَنْبِ الطَّرِيقِ عِنْدَ الْكَثِيبِ الأَحْمَرِ
<I swear by Allaah, if I were there, I would have shown you his grave on the side of the road by the red hill>,
This place close to Jericho is an application of the hadiyth. This is what the big scholars were upon, and this is what they have documented.

Mental Possibility

The person who really followed Muwsaa (Moses) ﷺ was a Muslim follower of Muwsaa, and the person who truly followed 3Isaa (Jesus) ﷺ was a Muslim follower of 3Isaa. Allaah said about the Jews and the Christians:
{(وَمَا أُمِرُوا إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ مُخْلِصِينَ لَهُ الدِّينَ حُنَفَاءَ وَيُقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَيُؤْتُوا الزَّكَاةَ وَذَلِكَ دِينُ الْقَيِّمَةِ)}
<They were not ordered (in the Taw
raah and in the Injiyl) except to worship Allaah (without a partner) and to dedicate Religion to Him only (without hypocrasy), as believers (in all of the Messengers and leaning away from all of the invalid Religions), to establish the Prayer and to give the Zakaah. That is the straight Religion>.
The person who truly follows Prophet Muhammad ﷺ is a Muslim following Muhammad ﷺ. Our Master Muhammad ﷺ renewed the call to Islaam after the call had been stopped among the people on earth after Jesus. He was supported by miracles that indicate his prophethood, like the other Prophets.

The Shariy3ah is the law given by Allaah to the Prophets; it is the rulings brought down by revelation, and they differ depending on the welfare of the people, and in accordance with what Allaah willed. So Allaah is the one who changes them from one messenger to another, or abrogates them from time to time within the lifetime of a prophet.

However 'the five all-inclusive judgements (al-kulliyyaat)' do not differ in the laws of the Prophets. They are: protection of one's property (from unrightful consumption), protection of one's lineage (from being born out of wedlock), protection of one's mind (from that which ruins it, such as alcohol), protection of one's Religion (from blasphemy), and protection of one's life (from murder). Some scholars counted a sixth: the protection of one's honor.
