:) Be aware all of you from laziness (al-kasal). The prophet, ^alayhi-s-salatu was-salam, said as part of his du^a': Wa^udhu bika minal^ajzi w-al-kasal. Al-^ajz means the weak endeavor in working for the Religion. It is not the weakness of the body. Many people have weak bodies, but when it comes to endeavor they are stronger than men with strong bodies. Both, weakness and laziness delay the person from reaching higher ranks.

Most people who are afraid of starting their own business have one or more of the following kinds of fear:

1. Fear of choosing the wrong business
2. Fear of not succeeding even if they choose the right business
3. Fear of not having enough capital to start
4. Fear of going out of their comfort zone and living a different lifestyle

I say those are natural fears. But how about considering those four ways of thinking:
1. Take your time to study the market to seize the right opportunity
2. Remember that we rely on Allah who provides us with sustenance whether we're employed or run our own business
3. Consider alternative modes of financing like partnerships, crowd funding, partial investing and joint ventures
4. We grow when we go out of our comfort zones and do things differently not when we stay where we feel comfortable at.

Moving towards being an entrepreneur is a recommended way of going forward in today's economic situation unless you do one of two things:

1. Dealing with your business as if it's a job where you work too hard inside the system instead of working hard on establishing a system independent of you.

2. Giving up too soon because you get exhausted by the obstacles that come your way in your journey towards success.
