Allah Exists without a place. He does not sit on the throne, nor live in the sky, He is Eternal and Exists without being in a place.
Imam Tahhawiy said”Allah is clear from having limits, boundaries, sides, organs or limbs. Nor is He contained by the six directions as all created things are” So Allah Exists eternally, without a place.
