dir=\"RTL\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Know, may All<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a<\/span>h have mercy upon you, that it is recommended (sunnah) for the pilgrim and for other than the pilgrim to go to Mad<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">i<\/span>nah, the city of guidance, to visit the grave of the best creation and the Master of the Children of <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">A<\/span>dam Prophet Mu<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">h<\/span>ammad <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">s<\/span>allall<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a<\/span>hu ^alayhi wa sallam.<\/p>\n<p>The Messenger of All<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a<\/span>h <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">s<\/span>allall<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a<\/span>hu ^alayhi wa sallam said:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\" align=\"center\">&#8220;<em>\u0645\u064e\u0646\u0652 \u0632\u064e\u0627\u0631\u064e \u0642\u064e\u0628\u0631\u064a \u0648\u064e\u062c\u064e\u0628\u064e\u062a\u0652 \u0644\u064e\u0647\u064f \u0634\u064e\u0641\u064e\u0627\u0639\u064e\u062a\u064a<\/em>&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>It means: \u201c<em>The one who visits my grave will earn my intercession.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">h<\/span>ad<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">i<\/span>th was narrated by <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ha<\/span>fi<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">dh<\/span> Ta<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">q<\/span>iyyudd<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">i<\/span>n as-Subkiyy. Also Ad-D<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a<\/span>ra <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Q<\/span>u<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">t<\/span>niyy and al-Bazz<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a<\/span>r narrated it and classified it as a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">h<\/span>ad<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">i<\/span>th <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">s<\/span>a<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">hih<\/span> that was related by the son of ^Umar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Visiting the grave of Prophet Mu<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">h<\/span>ammad <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">s<\/span>allall<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a<\/span>hu ^alayhi wa sallam is a sunnah (recommended deed) by the consensus of all the scholars of the schools (madh<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a<\/span>hib) of the Sh<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a<\/span>fi^iyy, the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">H<\/span>anafiyy, the M<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a<\/span>likiyy, the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">H<\/span>anbaliyy.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This sunnah applies to the people of Mad<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">i<\/span>nah and also to those who are living elsewhere. It is among the great deeds that are accepted by All<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a<\/span>h.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Those who deny the legitimacy of visiting the grave for the traveler with that very intention should be ignored. He would then head to the honored grave, he should face the grave standing at a distance of four cubits out of respect while turning his eyes away with a heart full of aggrandizing the Prophet <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">s<\/span>allall<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a<\/span>hu ^alayhi wa sallam. They discourage people from visiting the grave of the Prophet.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Im<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a<\/span>m M<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a<\/span>lik, the great scholar of al-Mad<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">i<\/span>nah al-Munawwarah said to the Caliph al-Man<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">su<\/span>r when he went to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">H<\/span>ajj and visited the grave of the Prophet <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">s<\/span>allall<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a<\/span>hu ^alayhi wa sallam and asked him: \u201c<em>Oh Ab<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a<\/span> ^Abdill<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a<\/span>h, shall I direct my chest towards the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Q<\/span>iblah and<\/em><em> make supplication (du^<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a<\/span>\u2019) to All<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a<\/span>h, or shall I direct my chest towards the Messenger of All<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a<\/span>h <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">s<\/span>allall<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a<\/span>hu ^alayhi wa sallam <\/em>?\u201d.
